The deadline to book by is Friday 4th October. If the conference reaches capacity before this time, as it has done so previously, the bookings will close before this deadline. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
Bookings can be made without having raised a Purchase Order at the time of booking, however a Purchase Order will need to have been provided by 10th October. It is also not necessary to wait for your HELOA membership to be fully processed before you complete the booking, as long as you have started the process by 10th October. Please also note that we are unable to accept payments by credit card.
Please note that once you have booked a place at the HELOA Professional Development Conference, we require a minimum of 14 days notice in order to cancel your place. Any cancellations received less than 14 days before the event will still be charged for in full.
If you are no longer able to attend, you are able to send another representative from your institution to fill the place. To cancel your place or request to send a representative from your institution, please contact training@heloa.ac.uk.
