The HELOA Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a virtual meeting being held on Wednesday 29th January 2025, 09:30 – 12:30 via Zoom.

In previous years the AGM has been held as part of the National Conference with the option to attend in person or virtually. Members decided at the 2023 AGM to trial holding AGM virtually. As the online 2024 AGM received positive feedback and met the success criteria, the 2025 AGM is also being held virtually. 

The AGM gives members the opportunity to hear more about the running of HELOA, the UK Committee (UKC) plans for the future of the organisation as well as an opportunity to contribute ideas. 

Please be aware only full HELOA members can attend the AGM. The AGM reports and minutes will be shared with full and associate members.

There is an opportunity to attend an AGM Q&A Drop In on Tuesday 21st January 12:30 – 13:30 where the Chair will provide: an opportunity to ask questions; a run-down of the structure and protocols of AGM; explain how to ask questions; and how to vote at AGM.
