Stratford-upon-Avon train station is located 20-25 minutes walk away from the hotel, and so we recommend that you travel by train where possible. The walk from the train station follows through the town’s main high street on a downward slope.

For delegates who choose to drive, there is a left turn before the hotel entrance which will take you into the Crowne Plaza car park located at the back of the hotel entrance.

If you do choose to drive, complimentary parking is available for delegates in order to redeem this you must input your car registration details and the number of nights of stay at one of the iPads within the hotel main reception. It is your responsibility to ensure details are provided to avoid fixed penalties, the car park is not managed by the hotel and spaces are available on a first come first served basis.
