Full Residential Package
The Full Residential Package includes:
-the sessions on both days
-lunch on both days
-refreshments and snacks in the breaks on both days
-3 course evening meal on the Thursday night with a drinks reception and entertainment.
-overnight accommodation on the Thursday evening and breakfast on the Friday morning
Non Residential Plus Package
The Non Residential Plus Package includes:
-the sessions on both days
-lunch on both days
-refreshments and snacks in the breaks on both days
Plus:
-3 course evening meal on the Thursday night with a drinks reception and entertainment.

Bookings can be made without having raised a Purchase Order at the time of booking, however a Purchase Order will need to have been provided by 7th May. It is also not necessary to wait for your HELOA membership to be fully processed before you complete the booking, as long as you have started the process by 7th May. Please also note that we are unable to accept payments by credit card.
Please note that once you have booked a place at the HELOA New Practictioners’ Conference, we require a minimum of 14 days notice in order to cancel your place. Any cancellations received less than 14 days before the event will still be charged for in full.
If you are no longer able to attend, you are able to send another representative from your institution to fill the place. To cancel your place or request to send a representative from your institution, please contact training@heloa.ac.uk.
